Ronnie is a run coach for Vantage Point Endurance based in The Woodlands, TX. He offers one-on-one coaching as well as pre-built marathon and ultra-marathon training plans for all levels of athletes.

One-on-one coaching includes review of past training and development of future goals, weekly training schedule, detailed personalized daily workouts custom designed for athlete, weekly training log review and feedback, scheduled phone call every two weeks, and unlimited e-mail communication.

Ronnie Delzer is a seasoned athlete and coach, and brings to the table a wealth of knowledge. He has been a runner for over 25 years and an endurance athlete for the past 10 plus years. Ronnie has podiumed in several road and trail races and most recently placed first overall in the 2017 USATF 100-mile Trail Championships. As a coach, Ronnie uses his continuing education and experiences to put together structured workouts tailored to the athlete’s schedule and needs.

I believe in quality coaching and I’m passionate about helping my athletes achieve and surpass their goals. I hope to be able to share my experiences and background to help athletes improve overall running economy, train consistently and healthy, and conquering physical and mental challenges when the road gets tough. I know what it’s like to balance family, work, life, and training. I work closely with all my one-on-one athletes to ensure that the training they receive is designed to fit into their life.
