Coach Deb Sagan is a Master's Level Educator and a Certified Level 2+ Total Immersion and USMS Lev. 1 Swimming Coach. She has competed in sports from a young age, and triathlon training came naturally. She began competition as the sport emerged, gaining experience and age group awards over her career. Having trained personally with TI Founder, Terry Laughlin and other TI Master Coaches, she believes that we are all capable of learning to swim with the most possible efficiency. Having the international web of TI coaches in her network is priceless. Deb is critically aware of the importance of effortless endurance in the sport of triathlon and long distance Open Water swimming. After all, Swimming comes first! She uses video analysis in coaching to enable athletes to observe what body kinetics can be adjusted to improve their performance. Most recently, Coach Sagan took overall 1st in the 2019 Northeast Aquabike Championship.
