My Coaching is Physiology&Biomechanics based. Balancing training and life are crucial. Focusing on nutrition, sport-specific strength, flexibility, sleep&other stressors. Video analysis, stroke analysis, bike fit and gait analysis can be done. Individualized Weekly&Overview Training Plans, single or multi-sport, cost varies based on need of individual&their goals.
I also do personal training, rehabilitative training, pilates, massage therapy and health semainars.
I have been in sports all my life and really enjoy endurance sports. Nutrition Specialist.My mission is to help people attain optimum performance in a safe, efficient and effective program to reach their goals, keep balance in their life and enjoy the Journey of Training.
