hi i am starting off my coaching career after being involved in triathlon for the past 10 years. i have competed at all distances from super sprint races through to ironman on two occasions. i have mutliple podiums and even a race win as an athlete. i look forward to expanding my coaching career with you.
i have been coaching with my local triathlon club for the past three years, with BTF group coach award and Training Peaks Level 1 accreditation- currently working towards level 2.
i am a firm believer in brining a positive mindset to coaching and athlete self belief is paramount to success.
