My coaching is based on flexibility and comm. I believe that every training plan should be written in non-permanent form like pencil. No one can control everything that happens in their lives or know exactly how they will respond to a given training load, calendar or pers events.
My goal is to keep you enjoying Triathlons, Cycling, Racing and/or competitions. I can teach you the importance of balancing work/school, training, rest, how to take care of and choosing your equip.
