Coach Bio

I am based in Bayside Melbourne and offer cycling, running and triathlon programmes direct to athletes. As well as 1:1 coaching, I run swim programmes and stroke correction workshops at two levels for both beginners and intermediates, both of which run for 6 weeks each. I began coaching in 2016 and love to work with self-coached athletes happy to dissect and operate with data.

I come from a swimming and cycling background, having started club swimming at the age of 11. I went on to compete at home town, university and county level in both swimming and water polo in England. I have ridden bikes my whole life: BMX, mountain bikes, road and time trial. I turned my focus to triathlon in 2008 and raced for 8 years, notably with five appearances in Age Group World Championships at Olympic Distance and 70.3. From a swimming background, I know first-hand what it takes to turn an athlete into a runner and pride myself on the small additions to a programme that can bring comfort and efficiency to a run gait.
