I am an ultrarunner and running coach for all abilities and distances ranging from 5K to ultramarathons.
For me running is not only a hobby and a job, but a lifestyle that positively affects many other aspects of my life, physical, mental, and social.
I have been running for 20 years, and racing for the last 6, ranging in distance and terrain from 5K roads to 100K hilly trails.
My coach certification is from Wingate, Israel's National Center for P.E & Sport.
My purpose as a coach is to help you improve your running and achieve your goals, be it a personal best, a new distance, or keeping/improving your health and fitness level.
I view the coach-athlete relationship as two way, where we work together to find the plan and balance that is right for you, taking into consideration your running ability, health, schedule, and other life priorities, while working towards achieving your best, whatever this may be for you.
My success as a coach comes from the fulfillment of seeing my athletes enjoy their running, get stronger, improve, and finding the happiness that a running / healthy lifestyle brings.
My coaching services are based on a weekly training plan, as well as additional input in regards to recovery, strength and mobility for running, nutrition for races, etc.
I coach runners from different abilities, and striving towards running different distances from the 5K to ultramarathons, (any distance and any terrain).
