With both backgrounds in Sports Science & as a sports person, I have experience on both the theoretical and practical fronts.
I competed full time as a road cyclist throughout the UK and Europe while also studying my degrees in Cycling Performance and Sports and Exercise Performance.
Since 2018, Cycling Performance Coaching has helped athletes of all levels achieve their goals, across sports such as Road Racing, Hill Climbs, Time Trials, Cyclocross, Triathlon and Ultra Endurance.
Unlike other coaches, my approach adapts to the individual. Providing tailored plans throughout every price range, you can feel secure that all my methods of improving your performance are tailored to YOUR needs, as well as backed by a Sports Science evidence based background.
