I have 8 years of experience in my field and ranges from injury rehabilitation to high performance coaching and developing training plans. I live by the words, exercise is medicine. Whether that be to keep yourself fit and healthy, mentally sane or to give yourself a new found confidence. I have experience all of this through my years of cycling. Training is so much more than just staying fit and healthy, training can help you become a stronger person, both physically and mentally.

It is for this reason that I want to help others in their journey and help them be the best they can be. I have personally experienced how exercise can get you through the toughest times and make you a stronger person. Whether it is to start cycling, lose weight or to win a race, I am here to help you along that journey

I offer online coaching together with virtual consultations to help you in your journey, whatever your goal may be. I can assist with injury niggles, give advice on nutrition and give you regular feedback on your progress throughout the training plan. I believe in long term training, and therefor offer a month to month coaching service. This gives me more opportunities to engage with my athletes and make sure they get to their goals.

Whether you want to start cycling (or running), lose weight or improve your overall cycling performance, I can help you and will be with you every step of the way
