These include customized training programs, biomechanical analyses, fitness evaluations, nutrition plans, regular consultations, and psychological training. My focused coaching style fosters a dynamic relationship between coach and athlete, where reciprocal feedback is open and continuous. The guidance and instruction I offer is informed by my extensive training in exercise physiology and as an elite competitive cyclist.
