My name is Louis. I'm from the Western-Cape in South-Africa. My goals is to get as many cyclist to achieve their goals and improve themselves to their full potential. I was a professional cyclist myself and that has led me down the path that I am on now. When I was cycling professionally I had a lot of people asking me to coach them and I really enjoyed it. Now I have decided its time to take it to the next level.
With a background as a professional cyclist, I've navigated the highs and lows of competitive sports, honing my skills and pushing my limits to achieve peak performance. Now, as a seasoned athlete turned coach, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep passion for cycling to help others reach their full potential.
