True Adaptation is founded by Arfiana Khairunnisa. She won a gold medal at the Indonesia National Championship 2021 and a bronze at the National Championship 2022 in the Women Elite Individual Time Trial category. In 2023, she took the UCI Cycling Coach Level 2 Program in Switzerland.
