Bio

I'm a coach and a runner myself. While I've trained some elite athletes, most of the runners I've coached are probably like you, regular everyday athletes.

Many struggle to juggle training with family and work life. They've had some good races and some not so good races. They've had setbacks with injuries.

But one thing they all want is to keep on running.

To keep challenging themselves by pushing their limits. To stay healthy and enjoy running pain-free. To feel that rush of endorphins that you only get from a run.

Stand-up paddleboarding is my next favourite sport.
