My name is Connor Readman and I am a professional triathlete and multisport coach!
I take a very holistic approach to coaching. Teaching all aspects of the sport including mental skills, nutrition, day-to-day training ETC.
My goal is to help you balance life, work, family, and training all at once and absolutely thrive while doing so!
I am a USAT-certified coach with 3 years of coaching experience and experience of the highest level of racing!
I started my triathlon journey as a boxer turned runner. I am a lover of all sports and over the years put all my time and heart into being the best triathlete I can be!
Most my childhood and early youth was spent playing football until I transitioned to boxing. This is where I found my love for running.
I transitioned to triathlon to challenge myself to do something extremely difficult and instantly found I had a burning passion to get better and see how far I could take the sport.
I am currently completing my education at Liberty University and focusing on racing and coaching full-time!
