We at Pattana Sports Resort are a one stop shop for all your training needs in Swim, Bike and Run. We are based In Thailand 1hr outside Bangkok on a 200 acre site which has some of the best sporting facilities in the whole of Asia, from a fully closed cycle lane and running track to the largest fitness and sports science center in the eastern seaboard along with a 50m pool.
We offer Training camps, training plans, coaches, physical trainers nutritionists and sports scientist all under one roof

‘’As a coach I would never get my athletes to do something I’m not prepared to do myself’’

As well as coaching multiple athletes of all age groups to National & World championships, Craig himself also still competes on the world triathlon circuit finishing 5th in his age group at World ITU championships and 3rd at the National championships in 2019, once again qualifying for the GBR team in 2020. As well as The ITU circuit Craig also competes in the Ironman & Long course circuit qualifying for the World Championships with multiple 9hr finishes.

‘’I pride myself on the fact I can relate to the Work/Train/Life/Repeat balance a normal age group athlete has to go through, as I work fulltime 6am-8pm have a young family with limited time to train due to work & coaching commitments. We are unable to train 20+ hours a week! most like me have 10-12hrs a week so we need to make each session count and that’s where science comes into play! ‘’Train smart not hard’’ ‘’As a coach I would never get my athletes to do something I’m not prepared to do myself’’
