Im chris, I have been racing Tri since 2009 and finished my first Ironman just after my 19th birthday.
I've been coaching triathlon since 2014 and personal training since 2007.
Some key areas of interest for me are Strength training and nutrition,
anyone can write a swim bike run training plan right?
But just cause you're fit,
doesn't mean you're healthy
I empty my mind daily over here at my blog,
Take a read
I started coaching while working in Thanyapura in Phuket alongside epic triathletes such as Chris McCormack and Jurgen Zack.
Having lived and trained with some of the top names in the sport,
I have seen first hand what REALLY works,
and have been able to translate that into what REALLY works for normal people
I'll be honest, if you're aim is to go sub 10,
I'm probably not interested in working with you
I LOVE helping people finish their first Ironman,
or go from not really knowing what they are doing,
to breaking barriers they never thought possible
My Insta bio is
"Coaching triathletes towards decent Ironman finisher photos,
Less snot-More smiles"
and I think that sums up what I do nicely
I always seem to be on some further education course or another,
the most recent that come to mind are-
Endure IQ LDT101- Practical application of low carb performance
Endure IQ LDT102- Training program fundamentals for long distance triathlon
TPU Strength training for Triathlon Success
But to be honest,
qualifications mean nothing if you havent lived and breathed it,
I have athletes that I have been working with for 5+ years that race just because they enjoy it,
and I have athletes at the very top level with an overall podium at 70.3 worlds last year
Essentially, If you are up for a laugh,
ready to put in some work,
and ready to get a whipping if you miss too much quality
Well, we may just be a match made in heaven
Remote Coaching, Strength Training, Nutrition
Triathlon, Running, IRONMAN, Personal Training
I only accept athletes that have a sense of humour and can handle being called out when their excuses dont add up
