CPS In-Motion is a specialist endurance coaching and physiological testing service for cyclists and runners. We provide a full range of effective coaching support to all levels of performance athletes, internationally, looking to become more competitive. Our focus is on your goals and your journey to event success....or longer term athletic capacity. We also support other coaches and practitioners for guidance and best practice in exercise physiology and robust lab testing.
As a BASES Performance Sports Practitioner I have worked with a vast array of different athletes to achieve their potential physiological capacity. Along with a background in elite road racing and duathlon I have provided fully comprehensive endurance training support for diverse events based on athletic history and expendable training time, to maximise success in a chosen discipline.
We provide custom solutions and off-the-shelf plans designed for typical phases of training or specific events. Our laboratory-grade performance profiling assessment and OPTIMA+L training strategy translates into realistic and long-lasting results, and a journey into understanding how to uncover your inner athlete without the need for wasted training, or trial and error.
