CPS In-Motion is a specialist endurance coaching and physiological testing service for cyclists and runners. We provide comprehensive expert support to intermediate and advanced levels of performance athletes, internationally, looking to excel at their discipline of choice. We also support other coaches and practitioners for guidance and best practice in advanced sports science and robust lab testing.
As Principal Scientist (BASES) and Performance Sports Practitioner, my background is in applied physiology, whole body metabolism and muscle biochemistry. I use modelling-based performance analysis to dictate OPTIMA+L training at the individual level. CPS In-Motion designs effective programmes to hit significant objectives time-after-time yet minimise the impact to work and family life, and still achieve exceptional results through long-term performance improvements.
My background in elite Road-Racing, Time-Trial, Marathon and Duathlon means I have a powerful practical understanding which I successfully apply to diverse clients. This ideally positions me for endurance training prescription and assessment of diverse multi-sport athletes with challenging objectives, as part of a revelationary process and OPTIMA+L training system which provides a dose-response to training, regardless of your event. I also specialise in remote coaching with international athletes.
