I am a sports massage therapist and triathlete, I took up coaching as triathlon is a huge passion of mine.

Over the past 12 years I have raced GB age group and also qualified many times for the 70.3 and Ironman World Champs, my best achievement was standing on the podium for my age group at the Ironman World Champs 2019 in Kona, Hawaii.
I have raced multiple 70.3 and Ironman races, during these I have achieved numerous wins in my age group and 1st overall non pro female at many of these events.
