Becoming the athlete you want to be encompasses much more than the training alone. This is why I incorporate much more into my coaching than only triathlon, swim, bike, run, strength training, and injury prevention sessions. Athletes who work with me will tackle their nutrition, sleep, and stress. We will work to solve issues that you never thought you would master.

Whether you are an executive, a professional athlete, a beginner, or somewhere in between, we will create your best plan together.

Bio

My goal is to turn my athletes into the best people they can possibly be. I have a far-reaching education and experience that allows me to have insights into performance that few other experts have. I have worked myself up to the top levels of academic study, athletics, and musical pursuits. I integrate the lessons I've learned along the way with the latest protocols from thought leaders in the fields of nutrition, sleep, strength training, hormone optimization, expert performance, functional medicine, psychology, and of course swimming, cycling, running, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, rowing, and corrective exercise to devise your optimal program.
