I coach time-crunched endurance athletes to compete, complete & PR. We will work together to optimize your training, including cross training to reduce the risk of (& recover from existing) injuries through custom designed workouts set around YOUR schedule.

I specialize in one-to-one coaching. This allow me to build a training plan around YOUR skills/abilities, YOUR goals and YOUR schedule, and act proactively & reactively to your progress.

I was fortunate enough to find my passion in life by “accident & inconvenience”. Now I get to do what I love for a living, and I am excited to share my passion for triathlon and endurance sports with you.

I believe communication is the most important component of an athlete's success. All of the data in the world means nothing without context. Not only is communication key in understanding the training data, but it is also vital in strengthening the coach/athlete relationship. A strong and mature relationship will lead to greater results!

I strive to apply equal parts science and art in the application of your training plan. All coaching is personalized 100% to each athlete. There are no templates or "standard" plans. Your training plan will be 100% your own, customized to your abilities, needs, and goals. We will take a holistic approach to training and racing, and will include in your training plan: core and mobility & stability work, strength training, technique and form drills, nutrition (pre, post and during racing training), and mental training techniques too.

Athlete Requirements

Athletes must be willing to do their best. A Training Peaks compatible, chest strap heart rate monitor device is required.Also a cadence sensor on the bike. A bike power meter preferred.
