My focus is Triathlon with the majority of my athletes competing in Long Distance events. Additionally I work with sprint and standard distance athletes from Novices to GB qualifiers.
I hold British Triathlon Level 2 coaching qualification.

I have been taken part in endurance events for a number of years now. From sprint triathlons to iron distance races, ultra marathons, cycling time trials and cycling a hundreds miles in a day.
It was imperative to fit the training for these events around my very busy lifestyle. My day job required me to work long hours and travel extensively. This required me to train “smart” very early in my athletic career and be realistic about what I could achieve…. With the given hours available!
I had real trouble finding a coach that understood the demands of my lifestyle. This prompted me look into the science of endurance sport and self coach myself from an early stage.
Once I had gained this knowledge and realising the success one can have I was approached by fellow athletes (to do the same for them ) which is when I discovered my passion for coaching
I've now been working with athletes to help them achieve their goals for some years now and the team had success on national and international level.
I specialize in working with athletes that need to fit in their training around busy work and home life commitments.
