I am British, living in Chamonix, France and enjoy anything outdoors: trail running, cycling, skiing & backpacking. I started participating in endurance sports in 2006 and since then have completed numerous half, full, ultra marathons and multi-day stage races, on road, trail and in the mountains.
I am a qualified British Athletics CiRF Trail/Fell Running coach, UK Mountain Leader and aspirant International Mountain Leader. I hold certificates in Sports Nutrition, Sports Psychology and am co-founder of trail-running company The Adventure Running Company.
I have been coaching runners for several years, both locally and remotely, working with a wide range of runners, from total beginners to experienced athletes. I have seen my runners obtain success in numerous races, achieve personal fitness and running goals and go from strength to strength. I use a structured but flexible approach to coaching, factoring in the challenges and realities of daily life, with regular feedback sessions.
