I've worked with every type of rider, from beginner to multiple time world champions. The only way to reach your goal is consistent hard work and I can help you get there!
I place a strong emphasis on team work, creative problem solving and unrelenting work ethic. The following is a brief summary of my life's work; Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri; In 2007 I discovered racing at the Penrose Park Velodrome. My interest in competition and reaching my own lofty goals gave way to a deeper drive to help others succeed. I spent the next several years gaining valuable experience in the Pacific Northwest cycling community, where I built a successful coaching program which I continue to operate today. After eventually relocating to Colorado Springs in 2018, I was given the incredible opportunity to work with high performance programs and the local cycling community at the historic 7-Eleven Velodrome in Memorial Park. I've served as an assistant coach at Performance United where I mentored and trained athletes from Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Thailand, Singapore, Mexico, Finland and Ireland. In 2022 I began working with the US Para Cycling National Team on the track and in 2023 I worked with the team for their entire road campaign in Europe. The team's results through 2023 Word Championships landed them in 2nd overall for the women and 4th overall for the men in 2024 Paralympic qualifying. In May 2023 I was recruited to assist the USA Cycling World Championship Track Team in their preparation for Glasgow 2023 where Team USA went on to secure three world titles.
