I am a full- time professional coach who provide endurance sport, individualized training program for all athletes of all abilities.
Coming from an academic education, graduated at IUSM of Rome in Physical Education and Master degree in Sport Science.
Swimming and triathlon certified coach.
I am an athlete, after competing in elite level swimming, and actually elite LD triathlete.
My goal is help other athletes to reach their goals and dream,planning with scientific methods and keeping an eye to emotional aspects.
