I am a certified swim coach since 1990 with extensive education in freestyle technique, swim biomechanics, strength training, mobility and sports nutrition. With more than three decades of coaching experience—and over 15 years specialising in triathlon swimming—I support athletes in developing efficient, powerful and injury-resistant freestyle mechanics.

Triathletes seek my coaching for my technical precision, clear corrections and detailed, practical cues. I am widely recognised in my region as one of the strongest freestyle technique specialists for triathletes. My approach combines advanced stroke analysis, high-quality video review and personalised technique plans that athletes can apply immediately in training.

Alongside swimming, I provide structured training support for cycling, running and strength development, helping athletes build a balanced, sustainable performance base. I also offer sports-nutrition guidance, including personalised fuel plans, race-day nutrition strategies, supplement timing and day-to-day nutrition structures tailored to each athlete’s workload.
