I’m a serial endurance athlete-completed 140.6 Ironman triathlons, 10-mile open water swims, the Straights of Mackinaw, SwimRun, Trail & Road runs, & many biking events.
I’ve been through all the things that you struggle with…. Work-life stress, health issues, hormone changes, acute injuries, overuse injuries. I know all the feels, frustrations, challenges of those. I’ve made many mistakes in my own training & want to share all those lessons with you, so you can have YOUR best season, this year and for a lifetime.

#1 - TRAIN SMART: We start with your goals, life & habits, then build a plan to make sure you meet them. You'll learn to train by Heart Rate, so that you train at the right intensity & get the most out of every workout.
#2 - INCORPORATE STRENGTH & MOBILITY: Because the foundation for all sports, even endurance, comes from strong muscles – for performance, injury-prevention & to offset age-related issues.
#3 - PRIORITIZE RECOVERY: Don't waste your workouts! The body only gets stronger & faster at rest, when it's adapting & building back from your workouts.
