Sports have always been part of my life. First swimming and then triathlon. It also allowed me to learn more about cycling and running. I can offer 1 on 1 coaching services. Consultation and video analyzes are also possible.
A trainer for me is a companion. He is a guide on a path that belongs to the athlete. It is first and foremost the athlete who guides the coach on how to train the athlete.
I am not a trainer who focuses on results. The results are only for me a wish that inspires the athlete to undertake a path, without however attaching himself to it at all costs. I admit it, I'm a lover of numbers. I love playing with them. These numbers can give us a clue about the evolution of an athlete. On the other hand, there is no question for me of passing judgment on them.
Beginner, intermediate, advanced athlete. To me, that means nothing. An athlete is an athlete period. With all his stories and reality.
I am a swimmer since 1993 and a level 2 trained swimming coach since 2018 (National Coaching Certification Program in Canada). I'm also a triathlete since 2017, did an Ironman in 2018 and many sprint, olympic and 70.3 triathlons.
I am also a social worker and will take massage courses next year.
