I am a RRCA certified endurance running coach based in NYC. My areas of focus are to helping athletes run their first and/or their best marathon, half marathon, 10K, and 5K races. The services I offer are remote through Training Peaks and one-on-one coaching.
I believe that we should physically be ready for as much as possible. If we decide to take on a sport, we should learn the basics first - that is running. Everyone should try, learn, and know what their bodies are capable of. Specific results will require specific training. The best and fastest way to learn is experience.
