Teaching and coaching are in my blood...I have been working with athletes for over 25 years and I enjoy watching people achieve and exceed their goals.
I specialize in beginning - intermediate cyclists, specifically women who are newer to the sport of cycling or may have been involved in other sports prior to taking up cycling (like me).
I love motivating, helping to overcome training obstacles and making the most out of training time for those that can't afford 40hrs a week to train.
I am an ex-college and professional athlete (not cycling) who spent 30+ years training and competing. Following my playing career, I began coaching and had much success doing that over a 20-year span.
I fell in love with cycling about 8 years ago and haven't looked back. I am co-owner of The Unlikely Cyclist in Costa Mesa, a 10-year-old boutique bike shop that caters to the female cyclist.
