Certified as an ASA Level 1 Middle to Long Distance coach, her journey began in 2018 when she weighed 95kg and faced the daily struggles of an unhealthy lifestyle. In her first year, she joined a ladies Bootcamp, making healthier choices each day, resulting in a significant weight loss of 10kg. A pivotal moment came when she started walk/running with her mom, covering 5km multiple times a week. This newfound passion led her to a local running club, where she not only found a community but also formed lasting friendships with fellow runners. Coach Estelle's dedication continued to evolve as she embraced the challenge of running a half marathon. Winning a 12-week program with a running coach marked a turning point in her journey. Having a coach became a game-changer, providing accountability, consistency, and pushing her beyond her comfort zone. This experience fueled her drive, and she went on to conquer marathons and even an ultra-marathon. Driven by her love for running and a desire to empower others, Coach Estelle pursued certification as a Running Coach.
