He will chat through race strategies pre and post every race including nutrition, hydration, pacing & the psychology of the race.. Starting at a young age with running as my sport I quickly developed a passion for fitness, health and activity. These formative experiences shaped my life, study and career more than I thought possible. Deciding to give triathlon a go I became hooked to the variety of training, possibilities and people involved with the sport. Three years and a huge amount of hard work later I found myself racing throughout Europe, and representing my country. After racing full time, I qualified with Premier International as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. I joined a private health club where I could focus on developing my Personal Training, Coaching career. I found that I had a talent for working with people on their health, fitness and delivering performance rather than the day to day operations of the club. A few years later I finally decided to open up my own studio and now I am based in near Gatwick, UK. I am proud to say that my clients exceed their own expectations of what they can achieve under my guidance.During the 20 years I have been working with people, building and developing relationships with them to succeed and achieve their goals. I have also honed my own skills and knowledge through academic study at college and university with the addition of vocational coaching and personal training qualifications.I am qualified and insured to deal with and deliver the following: Sport specific strength training and conditioning programmes,endurance athlete coaching
