I am a full-time professional triathlon coach with a decade of experience coaching endurance athletes to their goals. I work with a wide range of athletes of all abilities from beginners through to age-group winners. My speciality is Ironman and Ironman 70.3 where I have helped many athletes achieve their goals whether that's completing their first Ironman or qualifying for Kona.

While I believe there are simple principles behind effective training I also recognise the need for plans to fit the individual. My coaching services are tailored to the athlete, designed to push them, challenge them, but also to succesfully match their lifestyle. No two athletes are the same and no two training programs are either.

Feedback and communication is the other aspect of my work: it's important coach and athlete build a relationship and rapport to work together effectively. Regularly checking in and following progress is a key feature of my full coaching package. I'll review athlete data and listen to feedback to help me assess progress and ensure we're working safely towards an athlete's goals.

My approach is built on many years successfully training and racing triathlon to a high level, backed up by qualifications in triathlon, swimming and athletics coaching and continued education.
