As a schooled occupational therapist, Alyssa (AJ) offers valuable insight into all aspects of the endurance athlete's training experience. Her philosophy is to not only focus on the three seperate disciplines but to look at the athlete on a whole. Outside of her hands on, practical work experience and continuing education, Alyssa also brings a wealth of knowledge gained from race experience. She is a Team USA and World Triathlon Championship duathlete and triathlete, as well as veteran NCAA Track and Field Athlete.
