Athlete Requirements
Athletes must be willing to do their best. A Training Peaks compatible, chest strap heart rate monitor device is required.Also a cadence sensor on the bike. A bike power meter preferred.

I coach time-crunched endurance athletes to complete, compete & PR. We will work together to optimize your time and maximize your training results. This includes cross training to improve strength & reduce the risk of injuries.

I offer coaching to triathletes and runners with aspirations of finishing their first races to qualifying for world championships, from sprint triathlons and 5k's to long course triathlon and ultras.

I was fortunate enough to find my passion in life by “accident & inconvenience”. Now I get to do what I love for a living, and I am excited to share my passion for triathlon and endurance sports with you.

I believe communication is the most important component of an athlete's success. All of the data in the world means nothing without context. Not only is communication key in understanding the training data, but it is also vital in strengthening the coach/athlete relationship. A strong and mature relationship will lead to greater results!

I strive to apply equal parts science and art in the application of your training plan. All coaching is personalized 100% to each athlete. There are no templates or "standard" plans. Your training plan will be 100% your own, customized to your abilities, needs, and goals. We will take a holistic approach to training and racing, and will include in your training plan: core and mobility & stability work, strength training, technique and form drills, nutrition (pre, post and during racing training), and mental training techniques too.
