I studied Sport and Exercise Science at Technical University of Munich. My main subject was "Rehabilitation and Prevention". Next to my studies I have been in training for coaching license at highest national level (A-Level) for Olympic Distance Triathlon and further on B-Level for Long Distance Triathlon.
After my studies I started working at an internal medicine surgery where my main task was performance diagnostics and planing training.
Part-time I got a lot of experience in working with elite level athletes at the "Campus Sport Tirol Innsbruck Olympiazentrum" - olympic training center in Innsbruck.
Over all, I have been coaching athletes for over 20 years now.
Regarding all circumstances daily life my bring, my main philosophy is to bring the athletes in healthy and best possible shape to the starting line for your dreams to come true.
