As an athlete and a coach competing as an Age Grouper I know how hard it can be to combine training and other demands on your time. Despite that i have qualified for and finished 2 World Championships ( Ironman 70.3 and Challenge Championship ), AG wins at the Outlaw Full Distance and Half Distance triathlons. Ironman AWA Gold and best ranked Dutch M35-39. So it is possible to juggle a full time working life with triathlon. Want to learn more, get in touch!

As a coach i'm a firm believer that anyone can get the best out of themselves, working with me means you get much more than a training plan. Regular contact, being part of a wider team ( i strongly believe in teams of people working together and have set up a dedicated FB page, Strava and WhatsApp group where we can share our experiences and lessons learned. ). As an athlete I have had the pleasure to work with international competing athletes as coaches and have learned a lot on the way which i what i impart on my athletes. I also believe in practicing what you preach and working with me means you'll get training sessions tailored to you so you can get the most out of the time you have available.
I have also teamed up with fellow enthusiastic coaches and nutritionists, so there is a wealth of knowledge and experience available for you to tap into.

I have coached athletes to AG wins, qualification for World Championships from their first sprint tri to full distance triathlon.
