Coach Bio

My main areas of focus are running and triathlon. If you are ready and willing to commit to my plans whether it's a 5k, 8k,10 miler, half or full marathon or triathlon over any distance, I'm your coach. My coaching philosophy is to put in the work and enjoy the journey. Through my coaching you will be provided with plans made for your level or a specific personal plan just for you and your work schedule if need be. The goal is for you to succeed your expectations and have fun with it.

As an athlete I have played sports all my life. I found running and triathlon and since have fallen in love with them. I have experience in running at the collegiate level for 5 years. In addition, I am a member with the Philadelphia Runner Track Club based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as well which I do my own racing for when I train.

In addition I have completed numerous races over distances such as half marathons, full marathons and triathlon distances such as the olympic, half ironman and I am a full ironman 140.6 finisher as well.
