I started coaching yoga, i traveled at different places to get inspired by different styles and cultures.
then mountain biking got in the way and I start racing for fun.
feel the need for more sport so i started running and then did my first triathlon sprint.
2 years later i did my first ironman in cozumel.
right after i started coaching triathlon for kids in highschool and also 1on1 individual coaching.
i finished in top 5% overall on my every 70.3 or ironman races.
6th AG in 70.3 Maine
4th overall - 1th AG at sprint 5150 Mont-tremblant
