As one of very few full time cycling coaches in my area, attention to detail and personalization is key. Always making sure that my athletes goals become mine and spending ample one on one time learning, teaching, and discussing the plan in place. Becoming a better cyclist takes hard work and dedication, but working together greatness will be achieved.
I started bike racing in 2012 and have never looked back. Usually racing between 50-60 times a year I have had the pleasure of traveling and experiencing so many different racing scenarios. These are lessons I pass on to my athletes. We learn the "chess match" of bike racing and the skills needed to win even when that days race does not suit us.
I joined True Performance Training Systems in 2016 and have turned coaching into my full time job, but more importantly, my passion. My goal is to always make sure my athletes are progressing, but also to have fun while doing it! Bike riding and racing is fun, and it should stay that way.
I am a Level 3 USAC coach and with a degree in biology. All of this said I feel I have all the tools needed to help athletes of all ages, experience, and goals reach their full potential.
1-on-1 Coaching, Consultations, Group Coaching, Local Coaching, Mental Skills, Training Camps
I only require athletes to have the willingness to work hard and to have some fun!
