With 20 years of endurance sports experience and 10 years in a strength and conditioning environment, I help cyclists and triathletes train smarter and perform better. My approach blends structured training with strength work to build well-rounded, resilient athletes.

I believe real fitness isn’t built in a single breakthrough workout or event, but rather through a long series of consistent, successful training sessions. My coaching focuses on long-term development, ensuring each athlete builds the endurance, strength, and execution skills needed to perform at their best.

Physiological testing plays a key role in my coaching, offering deep insights into how athletes respond to training and helping refine individualized strategies. For local athletes in Montreal, I offer physiological testing, including lactate assessments, to optimize training zones and efficiency.
