To prepare athletes for the rigor of life by presenting them with the challenge of sport. To instill courage to meet that challenge head on as an individual and a team, and be humble in the outcome. To develop an environment that is competitive, but values each individuals’ contribution. To foster a cohesive team identity of respect and commitment. Develop leadership and autonomy by allowing athletes to take on team responsibilities. To strive for perfection in everything we do while knowing our work will never be complete.
