Coach Dwight is an Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USATF Track Coach. He has coached Masters Swim for 15 years.

Dwight has 25 plus years of Coaching, Teaching, and Sports Medicine experience. He has competed in over 180 triathlons and qualified for Hawaii three times. He served as a head swim team coach for 8 years and has coached high school, college and adult runners. Dwight's combination of education and personal experience allow him to design programs for all ages and abilities.
Each season Coach Dwight accepts up to 15 athletes to guide. These athletes are looking to compete sprints through full Ironman triathlons as well as 5k through Marathon run races. Each athlete receives a custom plan based on experience and the results of swim, bike and run testing. Paces/ zones are based on tests and subsequent retests. Plans are written only one week in advance, as the athletes post activity comments and the annual training plan are taken into consideration before intensity and duration are finalized for the week ahead. Each athlete receives one on one time to evaluate and improve swim, bike and run efficiency.
Coach Dwight's experience in sports medicine helps him design programs that, when followed, lead to great improvements in performance without injury. Should a tweak occur he provides proven advice to reduce down time and refers the athlete to a great team of trusted rehabilitation professionals.
