I'm Coach Camm and I am a registered Triathlon Canada Coach looking to improve the well-being and athletic ability of Age Group athletes!

My training philosophy is simple: get the athlete to the start line as healthy as possible. That means mountains of volume or hellish workouts are not found in my programming. Instead, the goal is to work together to get the athlete as fit as possible while maintaining their mobility, well-being, and love for the sport!

Competition at the Age Group level holds its own host of competitive and training road blocks that can stall, or even derail, the most dedicated athletes as all other facets of their life vie for attention. With that in mind, flexibility and grace are paramount with any programming I can create with, and for, athletes.

I know how difficult it can be to self-coach as an Age Group athlete. Trying to figure out the most optimal way to achieve goals in sport while balancing the rest of your life can be overwhelming to say the least. My role will be to fill the gap and provide you with the opportunity to carve out your own potential in a safe and effective way.

I look forward to connecting with you and providing some programming for that first 5k or your jam-packed race season schedule. Whatever the goal, we can make it work together so you make it to this start line... and every one thereafter.
