As a passionate runner and coach, my mission is to provide the personalised 1:1 support and step-by-step plan you need to get faster, stronger, and achieve your next PB. I founded Cliffe Athletics to move away from generic templates that lead to frustrating plateaus and injuries.
My coaching philosophy is a partnership, rooted in proven exercise science with a “Health First” mentality. We start by reviewing your fitness, lifestyle, and goals to design a truly personalised training plan, with heart rate and pace zones matched precisely to your physiology and synced directly to your watch.
A non-negotiable cornerstone of my coaching is strength training, simplified for runners. You’ll receive clear instructions and a comprehensive video library for every exercise, empowering you to build power and resilience with confidence and correct form.
