I am a father of 4 amazing children, Josiah; Faith; Levi; and Luke, and husband to my beautiful and supportive wife Amy.
We moved to Prince George in 2007 and soon after, I became the race director of the Integris Kids of Steel Triathlon. I eventually started the Northern Triathlon Club to further the sport of triathlon in Prince George.
I have been coaching since 1997 and look forward to working with athletes to achieve their athletic goals in triathlon, cycling, running and swimming.
