Reach higher peaks with Claire Nott Coaching. I provide holistic coaching based on you. Together we will create a training plan specific to your needs to maximise your performance, listening to your body and adapting along the way. I will make you stronger for your sport, more efficient and injury free through specific strength and conditioning. I strongly believe in working with your body and support female athletes to train with their menstrual cycle and hormones to maximise progression.

I am an Elite cyclist and British Army Officer with a Sport Science degree and passion to improve peoples lives through coaching them to help them achieve their goals.

I am here to take down those barriers, make the most out of the time you have to train and make small changes to your lifestyle to enable maximal gains from the training that you complete.

Overtraining is one of the most common issues endurance athletes face, too much intensity and undereating are some of the most common sticking points people have when it comes to training and a stalemate with their progression. I will work with you to manage your volume and intensity to follow the 80/20 rule and ensure your nutrition and recovery time are sufficient to support your training.

A key aspect of my work is around injury prevention and recovery, with the holistic approach we will work together to find your strengths and weaknesses, so we can make you a robust athlete. Working specifically on strength and conditioning, mental toughness and nutrition my coaching makes you strong and keeps you strong for long term sustainable performance.

My qualifications include:

  • BSc (Hons) Sport Science and Physiology
  • British Army PTI and British Army Officer
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (ILM)
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Level 4 Exercise Referral
  • Level 4 Lower Back Pain Specialist (having lived through serious spinal injury myself)
  • Nutrition in Sport and Weight Loss
  • Pre and Post Natal Exercise.
