I specialize in obstacle course racing (OCR), cycling, running, triathlon, general strength and conditioning and nutrition.

I am a former professional cyclist with DLP Pro Cycling Team, former special operations bomb squad team leader, and I've owned and managed several gyms over the years. All combined I have over 25 years of experience competing and coaching across multiple sports.
