Our mission is to inspire, guide, and support athletes on their journey to physical and mental resilience, promoting a mindset that transcends limits and helps set them up for success in athletic pursuits and everyday lives. We offer individualized training to coach adult athletes of all abilities/ages in running and triathlon, both short and long course. Additionally, with our mental conditioning offering, athletes are equipped with the tools and strategies needed to elevate their performance.
Coach Christina: I am an adult athlete with experience running long-distance events and triathlons. Through the lenses of yoga, sport psychology, and my own experiences, I help build a mindfulness foundation that pairs with run/triathlete coaching for a more holistic approach to sport. I work with athletes of all ages and sports; from amateur to professional on elevating their performance using mental techniques such as goal setting, pre-performance routine development, visualization, and relaxation.
Related to mental conditioning, I work with athletes across various levels and sports, from recreational enthusiasts to professional athletes to help foster mental toughness, resiliency, and concentration.
Coach Jon: In 2013 Coach Jonathan committed to a lifestyle change that included fitness and nutrition. Jonathan began a walk run program and quickly advanced to running a marathon, cycling, duathlons, learning to swim, open water swim races and triathlon.
Through this multi-year process, Jonathan expanded his knowledge of sport through education, training and earned certifications – with the initial goal of supporting his needs. Those learnings now cascade to the athletes he coaches.
He has been actively coaching since 2015 focusing on the time-starved athlete –creating custom coaching plans that work around busy schedules. Jonathan’s experience as a time-starved athlete himself translates well to this demographic.
