I am a physical therapist, strength coach and triathlon coach who is passionate about her athletes getting to the start (and FINISH) line of their races! I develop triathlon plans that are unique to each individual athlete I coach, based on their goals, fitness and experience level. Training plans include strength sessions, which are developed based on the individuals needs!
I am a USAT Level 1 and IRONMAN Certified Coach who has been coaching for 13 years. I am also a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. I utilize Training Peaks to deliver unique training plans based on your goals, previous racing history and current fitness level. Personally, I have completed 13 IRONMAN distance races, including the IRONMAN World Championships and a handful of 70.3, Oly's and sprints!
