My Name is Chris Gawens and I'm a triathlon and swim coach from south Germany (Bavaria). Mainly I coach young athletes and beginners but although some age group athletes from short to long distances.
So every athlete is welcome! Your age, gender or knowledge doesn't matter as long as you're motivated to move and improve!
On the material side you should definitely have a GPS sport watch with a heart rate sensor and a cadence sensor on your bicycle would be great. Everything else is a bonus ;)
Education:
2014 - 2020 University of Augsburg (Teaching, Sport, Mathematics, Biology, Work Theory) -> Bachelor of education & state examination

I'm working for and with the Bavarian Triathlon Federation since 2015 (young athletes, women; mainly workshops and camps). But it all started at my local club TV Memmingen where i started coaching swimming back in 2010.
At the moment I'm mainly coaching for my Club the RSC Auto Brosch Kempten.
